For whatever reason, sometimes when a relationship ends it’s hard to let go and move on.  We may have unresolved feelings of anger, obsess over what the other person is doing / thinking / seeing and generally find it difficult to move on.  We invest time and dreams in a person and when the relationship is over, even if we no longer want them, we may need help to be at peace with our decision and finally let go.

Having gone through heartbreak and come out the other side, we have put together a special package, which is tailored to you, to help heal your heart and let go so that you can move on with your life.

After our initial consultation, we will book your 4 sessions either via Skype or in person at our therapy room at West Norwood Hypnotherapy and prepare our tailored-made plan just for you.

    I consider myself to be an extremely positive, independent strong woman. However, relationships I’ve discovered are my weakness in life. So when a 6 year relationship finally came to an end I decided to embark on hypnotherapy. I was immediately at ease in the relaxing therapy room and I instantly connected with the hypnotherapist consultant Mely, and felt like I’d known her for ages. Most important of all the hypnotherapy worked. I no longer feel anger or resentment and accept that the relationship I was in could no longer continue. I feel like a weight has been lifted and I’ve already moved on. I recommend this package and wished I had done it sooner .

    I had a relationship which ended but I was still very angry at the other person. Melissa helped me to let go and move past my anger and resentment. I still have good memories of the relationship and enjoying dating again.
